What personal data we collect, why we hold it, who processes it for us, and what you can ask us to do with it.

01Who this covers
This notice explains how Bullion Pips handles personal data collected through this website, our Telegram channels and bot, VIP purchases and support requests.
Bullion Pips is operated from Latvia and is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us using the contact route in section 09. If a registered company later takes over the service, this notice will name it.
02What we collect
When you visit this site: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, to the extent our hosting provider logs it. Google Analytics also records your visit and which buttons you click to leave the site, such as the Telegram and Whop buttons (section 08).
When you join our VIP channel or our free channel: your Telegram user ID, username and display name, the invite link you used, and when you joined or left. Our Telegram bot records this as it happens.
When you take the free VIP day: the AffLocker bot records your Telegram account, so each account gets one free day, and removes you from VIP when the day ends.
When you buy VIP: Whop takes the payment and shares your email address, your Whop username and what you bought with us. We never see your full card number. Whop can show us the card's brand, its last four digits and its expiry date. To get into VIP, you send that email to the AffLocker bot on Telegram, which matches it to your purchase.
When you message support: your Telegram username and whatever you choose to include in your message.
03Why we use it
To let paying members and free-day users into the VIP channel, and to remove access when it ends.
To answer support messages.
To see which of our pages and links bring people to our channels.
To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
To keep the site secure and to diagnose technical faults.
04Legal basis
Where data protection law applies to you, we rely on contract to give you the VIP access you paid for, legitimate interests for managing channel access, seeing which of our links bring members, support and site security, and legal obligation for financial record-keeping.
Where we send marketing messages, we rely on consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
05Who else processes it
Netlify hosts this website and processes site traffic. Telegram carries our channels, our bot and support conversations. Whop takes VIP payments and holds your payment details under its own privacy policy. AffLocker runs the bot that lets members into VIP and removes them when access ends.
Blackwell Global, our recommended broker, holds your trading account data under its own privacy policy if you open an account with them.
Google Analytics measures visits to this site. Web fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so loading a page does not reveal your address to Google for the fonts.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer safeguards set out in their own privacy policies apply.
06Results data
The results we publish come from our own trading account. They contain no member's personal data, and no member's account is ever shown.
07How long we keep it
Records required for accounting and tax are kept for as long as those rules require. Channel join and leave records are kept while our channels run. Support conversations are kept while they remain relevant, then deleted.
08Cookies
Google Analytics sets two cookies on this site, _ga and _ga_CZTY3NERMQ. They give your browser an anonymous identifier so we can count visits and see which pages get read and which buttons get clicked. They carry no name, no email address and nothing about a trading account.
Nothing else is stored on your device. There is no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracking.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site works normally without them.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in portable form.
To exercise any of these, message us on Telegram at @bullionpipssupport. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10Security
Access to systems holding personal data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
